Billing Policy

Surgery Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • A $500 booking fee is required to secure your surgery date.
    This amount will be deducted from your total surgeon’s fees.

  • The booking deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days before your scheduled procedure.

  • Full surgeon’s fees must be paid 14 days prior to your procedure date.

  • If surgery is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled procedure without a medical certificate, only 50% of the surgeon’s fees paid will be refunded.
    Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.

  • If you need to reschedule due to illness, we will offer you a new surgery date within 3 months of your original procedure date.

Payment & Funding Information

  • Our practice does not offer or assist with third-party payment or finance applications.

  • We do not encourage the use of home loans or superannuation to fund elective cosmetic surgery.

  • In some circumstances, the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) may allow access to superannuation for procedures listed on the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS). Approval is entirely at the discretion of the ATO.

Revision Surgery

  • Some procedures may require revision or secondary surgery.

  • We encourage patients to consider and plan how any future procedures would be funded if their initial funding options are no longer available.

Payment Methods

Fees can be paid by:

  • Cash

  • EFTPOS

  • Credit Card (including Amex)

Please note:
A surcharge applies to all card payments.

Insured Private Patients

Procedure fees vary depending on your private health insurance provider.

  • A fee estimate will be provided prior to your procedure.

  • Dr. Webster does not charge a Gap Fee for:

    • Readmission

    • Reoperation

Non-Insured Private Patients

Patients without private health insurance may incur additional costs, including:

  • Hospital fees

  • Anaesthetic fees

  • Radiology fees

  • Pathology fees

A quotation will be provided prior to surgery; however, this is an estimate only and additional costs may apply.

Overseas Insurance & WorkCover Patients

For patients with overseas insurance or WorkCover claims:

  • All fees must be paid upfront prior to treatment.
